Arm in arm contains 2 beloved herbs: lemon balm and mugwort.
Lemon balm is uplifting and known for it’s anti-depressant and digestive actions. Lemon balm relaxes spasm causing period pain; relieves irritability and depression associated with PMS, and can help to regulate periods. With an affinity for the digestion, lemon balm’s bitter tonic action gently stimulates the liver and soothes any stress-related digestive issues. Mugwort has a toning effect on the uterus, making it excellent for period pain, and menstrual irregularity. She is resilient and strengthening to the nervous system, assisting with tension and depression.
