Named for my herbal hero Stephen Harrod Buhner, this is his formula for reducing fatigue.
SHB powder contains a powerhouse mix of herbs and nourishing foods: this is an excellent tonic which can be taken long-term or for a quick boost. Mix it in energy balls, smoothies, juice, water or milk of choice.

Dosage: ranging from 1 heaped teaspoon to 1/4 cup, once or twice daily. I recommend starting low to get a taste for it! As a general booster have 1 heaped tablespoon in your drink. I like to add a dash of hot water so the liquid is at room temperature.
