This herbal combination provides resilience and sunshine in a bottle for those suffering with seasonal affective disorder (SADs), or if you’re feeling worn down from on-going illness, or poor resistance to infections.

Echinacea is well known as a immune modulation, meaning is helps the immune system to adapt. St John’s wort is the bringer of sunshine. When worry and dread darken your door, St John’s wort offers a gentle calming action, with a restorative tonic effect on the nervous system. It also has anti-inflammatory and anti-microbial actions. Myrrh is antiseptic and healing; and cayenne stimulated the circulation

Dose range: 25 drops (half a dropper), 3-6 times daily in water

  • Echinacea (Echinacea spp.)
  • St. John’s wort (Hypericum perforatum)
  • Myrrh (Commiphora molmol)
  • Cayenne (Capsicum minimum)
  • Water, ethanol, glycerin

Echinacea and St. John’s wort are grown in my organic garden. The other herbs and ingredients are ethically sourced and made into tinctures using time, care and patience.
